  1. Search your name on Spokeo and copy the exact URL of your listing
  2. Paste that URL into spokeo.com/optout with an email address
  3. Click the confirmation link they send
  4. Search again for name variants, past cities, and old phone numbers. Each separate listing needs its own opt-out
  5. Set a reminder to re-check in 90 days
The catch — why this won't stick

Removal hides the listing rather than deleting the source records. New listings for the same person regularly appear after public-records refreshes, and each variant listing requires a separate request.
